Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old, regardless of gender; 2. The diagnosis of atopic dermatitis based on Zhang's criteria is elderly atopic dermatitis, with moderate to severe symptoms and poor efficacy of conventional treatment; 3. The patient receives regular follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of malignant tumors; 2. Active stage of active pulmonary tuberculosis or hepatitis B, acute stage of syphilis, AIDS and other infectious diseases; 3. Has a high risk of thrombosis (history of previous thrombosis, long-term immobilization, etc.).
