Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The study subjects are patients pathologically diagnosed with cancer, aged 18 years or older; 2. The experimental group of the study receives group psychological counseling; 3. The control group receives standard care; 4. Outcome variables include but are not limited to patients' anxiety, depression, fatigue, and quality of life; 5. The study design is clearly an RCT; 6. The language is Chinese or English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with malignant tumors of other organs; 2. Distant metastasis occurs; 3. Presence of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, or respiratory diseases, or other contraindications to exercise.
