Based on the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) results of the shoulder joint for patients with shoulder pain, they were classified into: the supraspinatus muscle full-thickness tear group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Shoulder pain persisting for =1 week with symptom duration <10 years and no prior treatment; 2. Availability of MRI results for the affected shoulder; 3. Verbal fluency and clear consciousness enabling accurate symptom reporting 4. Signed informed consent for voluntary trial participation.?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?1. Coexisting pathologies causing referred shoulder pain:?? - Cardiac disorders (angina pectoris, myocardial infarction); - Upper gastrointestinal diseases (cholecystitis, pancreatitis, GERD); - Postoperative shoulder conditions (post-rotator cuff repair, shoulder arthroplasty); 2. Life-threatening systemic diseases:?? - Severe primary disorders involving cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, hematopoietic, or endocrine systems; - Psychiatric disorders; 3. Shoulder trauma:?? - Fractures (e.g., acromion fracture) or dislocations (e.g., long head of biceps tendon dislocation); 4. Bilateral shoulder symptoms:?? - Simultaneous pain or functional limitations in both shoulders; 5. Pregnancy or lactation.?
