Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18–25 years. 2.Informed consent of the participant. 3.A score of >=7 on the Brief Instrument on Psychological Health of Youths (BIOPHY).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe physical illnesses (e.g., cardiovascular disease, malignant tumor) that could interfere with VR intervention. 2.With conditions such as benign positional paroxysmal vertigo, migraine, or ophthalmic diseases that may be triggered or exacerbated by VR devices. 3.Current or lifetime diagnosis of psychiatric disorders, as assessed by the Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI-SCID).
