18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 70 years, regardless of sex; 2.Patients with complex tissue defects resulting from high-energy trauma or soft tissue tumor resection; 3.Patients requiring reconstruction with a free anterolateral thigh chimeric flap; 4.Provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe underlying diseases (e.g., cardiac function class III or above, renal failure); 2.Patients with vascular disorders or severely compromised blood supply; 3.Patients unable to comply with perioperative management.
