Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male patients diagnosed with "suspected prostate malignancy observation" due to elevated PSA >4ng/ml, suspicious nodules in the prostate detected by digital rectal examination, or suspicious lesions in the prostate found by imaging, who are scheduled to undergo prostate biopsy. 2.PSA<10ng/ml; 3. There are preoperative pelvic/prostate MRI images available for MRI modeling, with a PI-RADS score of 2 or above. 4. The subjects fully understand the benefits and risks of this trial, are willing to participate, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe immunosuppression, dementia, chronic depression or mental illness, as well as those with multiple cell sclerosis and Parkinson's disease. 2. Lack of data reports on the diseases involved in the research; 3. Patients who have received the following treatments within the last three months: colorectal surgery, hemorrhoidectomy, transurethral resection of the prostate; 4. Patients with a history of pelvic radiotherapy before the operation; 5. Preoperative imaging and other examination results suggest locally advanced, distant metastasis and other conditions that do not meet the indications for focal treatment of prostate cancer.
