18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–70 years (inclusive of 18 and 70 years), no gender restriction; 2. Remaining roots or crowns in the molar area that cannot be preserved, significantly occupying the alveolar bone; 3. No acute infection at the implant site; 4. The extraction socket can only be used if the alveolar bone height is greater than 4mm to ensure initial stability of the implant; 5. Patients who voluntarily participate and sign the "Informed Consent Form" after receiving full information, and cooperate with regular follow-up examinations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled diabetes, immune system diseases, and other systemic diseases; 2. Received head and neck radiotherapy within the past year; 3. History of chemotherapy within the past year; 4. Uncontrolled periodontal disease, remaining natural teeth with refusal to undergo periodontal treatment; 5. Active maxillary sinus infection or a history of chronic maxillary sinus infection; 6. Long-term smoking of more than one pack per day; 7. Psychological disorders such as depression or anxiety that prevent cooperation with treatment; 8. Refusal of treatment followed by regular check-ups; 9. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or women planning pregnancy within the next 2 years.
