16 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male single rowers; 2.Aged 16 to 35; 3.The sports grade is level one or above; 4.There have been no sports injuries that affect normal training within six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current musculoskeletal pain or functional impairment; 2. Neurological disorders affecting motor control; 3. Use of ergogenic aids or medications that may influence neuromuscular function; 4. Inability to maintain a consistent training regimen throughout the study period.
