Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with end-stage lung disease who meet the criteria of the ISHLT guidelines; 2.Patients undergoing lung transplantation surgery for the first time; 3.Age >=18 years old; 4.Voluntarily participate in this research;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing combined multi-organ transplantation; 2.Those with limb paralysis, fractures or other conditions that affect their limb mobility; 3.Those with severe diseases of the heart, brain, kidneys, etc; 4.People with mental illnesses such as depression and cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer's disease; 5.Those with mental disorders caused by metabolic, toxic, intracranial infections, excessive sedatives, etc;
