Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old; 2. ASA classification I – III; 3. Histologically confirmed colorectal adenocarcinoma, including TNM stage I-IV; 4. No history of other malignant tumors; 5. No severe dysfunction of heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, or other organs; 6. No significant abnormalities in blood routine, liver and kidney function, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are not candidates for surgery; 2. Tumors assessed as clinical complete response after preoperative radiotherapy or chemoradiotherapy; 3. Presence of unresectable extrahepatic metastases (including peritoneal metastases, bone metastases, etc.); 4. Patients requiring emergency surgery; 5. Multiple colorectal tumors or other conditions requiring simultaneous colon surgery; 6. Hereditary colorectal cancer; 7. Concurrent inflammatory bowel disease; 8. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 9. Severe liver cirrhosis (Child-Pugh class C) or portal hypertension; 10. Residual liver function insufficient for compensation.
