AB Group (Pre-prepared meal diet ? Whole-food diet):Participants will first receive 14 days of Chinese-style pre-prepared meal diet (Phase A), followed by a 28-day washout period, and then receive 14

18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, aged 18–35 years; 2. Body mass index (BMI) between 20 and 35 kg/m²; 3. Body weight stable within the past 3 months (change <5%); 4. Generally healthy, with no history of diabetes, metabolic syndrome, gastrointestinal diseases, or major surgery; 5. No use of antibiotics, probiotics, or medications affecting gut microbiota within the past 3 months; 6. Willing to participate and able to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with diabetes, fatty liver disease, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, or other chronic metabolic disorders; 2. Long-term use of glucose-lowering drugs, lipid-lowering agents, hormones, or immunosuppressants; 3. Pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study period; 4. Food allergies or specific dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarianism, lactose intolerance); 5. Unable or unwilling to comply with dietary interventions or biological sample collection.
