18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-65 years old. (2) Patients who have undergone kidney transplantation. (3) Obese group: BMI >= 28 kg/m^2; Non-obese group: BMI < 28 kg/m^2. (4) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with other organ transplantation (such as liver transplantation, pancreas transplantation). (2) Presence of malignancy or active infection prior to transplantation. (3) Inability to follow up regularly or poor compliance after transplantation. (4) Pregnant or lactating females. (5) Severe cardiovascular disease (such as heart failure, myocardial infarction) before transplantation.
