Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Samples meeting all of the following conditions will be included in this study: The sample is residual serum from routine clinical testing, sourced from a compliant biobank of previously retained samples, with complete records of collection, processing, and storage, and meeting LC-MS/MS testing requirements; 2.The subject corresponding to the sample has signed the Informed Consent Form for Donors of Biological Samples and Health-Related Information, agreeing to the use of their sample and associated clinical information for medical research; 3.Healthy control subjects should be individuals from health examination centers or clinically confirmed to be free of major chronic diseases; 4.Disease group subjects should be clinically diagnosed patients with relatively stable conditions who have not received major interventional treatment recently, specifically including chronic kidney disease, cardiovascular diseases associated with vascular calcification, and bone metabolic disorders such as osteoporosis or significant bone mass reduction; 5.Complete clinical data are available for the sample, including essential demographic information and key laboratory indicators.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Samples meeting any of the following conditions will be excluded from this study: 1.The storage conditions of the sample do not meet the requirements of this study, or there are severe quality issues such as hemolysis or contamination; 2.The sample donor has unexplained acute fever or is in the active phase of an infectious disease; 3.The sample donor has severe hepatic dysfunction, severe intestinal malabsorption, is receiving total parenteral nutrition, or has other factors that may significantly affect vitamin levels; 4.The sample donor is a female in the mid-to-late stage of pregnancy or lactation, and her pregnancy-related nutritional status or hormone levels may significantly interfere with the results; 5.The sample donor has a history of drug abuse, alcoholism, or other severe psychiatric disorders that may affect physiological metabolic stability or the reliability of clinical data.
