Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 years old; 2. No gender restriction; 3. Visited this hospital between 2023 and 2025; 4. Have undergone elective tonsillectomy surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 2. Patients undergoing surgery combined with other major pharyngeal procedures; 3. Incomplete clinical data, making it impossible to obtain key research variables; 4. Patients with an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification of IV or higher;
