Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the clinical diagnostic criteria for KOA and has signed the informed consent forms for treatment and follow-up; 2. No obvious skin damage, rash, or infection around the knee joint; 3. Has not taken similar drugs related to the study in the past year; 4. No obvious knee joint deformity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who also have knee fractures, dislocations, trauma, or other injuries; 2. Patients who also have severe neurological diseases, cardiovascular diseases, kidney diseases, tumors, or other internal medical conditions; 3. Patients with severe knee osteoarthritis, significant knee deformity, and Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L) grade IV; 4. Patients with poor compliance who fail to take medication or follow treatment on time; 5. Patients diagnosed through laboratory and imaging exams with gouty arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, or other types of osteoarthritis; 6. Patients with cognitive dysfunction.
