Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=5 years and < 18 years; 2.A child identified with signs of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Before transplantation, the children had the following contraindications: abnormal diseases of the nervous system (myasthenia gravis, epilepsy, cerebrovascular disease), musculoskeletal diseases (progressive muscular atrophy, unstable fracture, limited joint movement), circulatory system diseases (malignant arrhythmia, chronic heart failure grade III and IV). 2.The child or caregiver has visual, hearing, or speech impairments; 3.The clinician judged that exercise could lead to the deterioration of the disease;
