Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 65 years old; 2.ASA I~III; 3.BMI 18.5~27.9 kg/m^2; 4.Mallampati class I or II, with mouth opening >2.5 cm; 5.All participants voluntarily joined this study and signed the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications for laryngeal mask airway use including: full stomach, oropharyngeal structural abnormalities, gastroesophageal reflux disease , etc; 2.Alcohol or drug abuse and allergy to any medication used in the study; 3.patients with severe dysfunction of major organ systems (cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, or neurological); 4.History of long-term psychotropic medication use or cognitive dysfunction;
