Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 80-100years old; 2.ASA classification II-III; 3.First unilateral total hip replacement surgery under general anesthesia; 4.The patient or their family members sign an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive impairment before surgery (MMSE score < 24) or inability to communicate; 2. Long-term use of opioid analgesics or history of drug abuse; 3. Allergy to the local anesthetics used in the study (such as ropivacaine); 4. Infection at the puncture site, peripheral neuropathy, or severe coagulation disorders; 5. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C or eGFR < 30 ml/min); 6. Presence of other diseases that may severely affect immunity or stress response (such as advanced cancer, autoimmune diseases, or long-term use of glucocorticoids).
