Inclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative congenital heart disease; 2. Age = 48 hours; 4. Informed consent provided by guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mechanical ventilation for less than 48 hours; 2. Informed consent not provided by guardian.
