Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years and <= 90 years; 2. Individuals with full capacity for independent actions; 3. Naxi people who have lived in their original settlement for more than 20 years and have no history of intermarriage with other ethnic groups within three generations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Those with a history of major diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, rheumatic and autoimmune diseases, mental illnesses, etc., or those lacking relevant clinical data, biological samples, or unable to cooperate in completing the relevant questionnaires.
