Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18-60 years old; Meets the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 for generalized anxiety disorder; There are obvious anxiety symptoms: HAMA total score>14 points; have not taken any medication that can regulate emotions or sleep in the past 2 weeks, or have taken medication but the dosage and type have remained stable within the past month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Comorbidities of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mental illnesses; neurological disorders; History of traumatic brain injury or surgery; EEG examination or TMS contraindications; Pregnancy or lactation period.
