Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The inclusion criteria were as follows: (1). a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 and 24 kg/m^2; (2). regular exercise habits over the preceding three months, defined as engaging in physical exercise at least three times per week, with each session lasting at least 30 minutes and of moderate or higher intensity; (3). non-consumption of coffee, tobacco products, and alcohol; (4).absence of cardiopulmonary disease; (5). absence of metabolic diseases such as endocrine, kidney, or gastrointestinal disorders; (6). absence of sports-related injuries and movement disorders; (7). no medication use in the month prior to enrolment; and (8). no participation in any other clinical nutrition research trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Smoking, alcohol; 2.1 or more chronic diseases with ongoing medication; 3. history of PQQ and nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) nutritional interventions; 4 injuries, or inability to participate in the physical training program of the profession to which they belong.
