Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for periodontitis; 2. Age >= 60 years old; 3. Has complete cognitive abilities and language expression skills, and can take care of daily life independently. 4. Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive or communication disorders; 2. Not willing to provide a phone number for contact; 3. Combining severe systemic and malignant diseases; 4. Having mental symptoms or a history of mental illness.
