Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: >=18 years old. 2. Gender: no restriction. 3. Lesion sites: tongue, buccal mucosa, upper and lower gums, floor of the mouth, hard palate mucosa. 4. Patients must be primary cases confirmed as squamous cell carcinoma by preoperative pathological biopsy, with preoperative clinical staging of cT1-4N0-3M0 (AJCC 8th edition). 5. General condition: Through routine examinations, such as complete blood count, blood biochemistry tests, electrocardiogram, etc., surgical contraindications are excluded, and distant metastasis is ruled out by chest X-ray and/or abdominal ultrasound and/or contrast-enhanced CT and/or MRI and/or PET/CT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complete clinical and baseline data related to the disease are not available. 2. Patients who have already undergone radical surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy at another hospital before being admitted to our hospital. 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 4. Individuals with mental, intellectual disabilities, or cognitive difficulties.
