Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathologically or cytologically confirmed primary liver cancer in advanced stage with malignant ascites. 2. Aged 18-75 years with the ability to tolerate procedures such as abdominal paracentesis and ascitic fluid aspiration. 3. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent malignancies that may interfere with liver cancer organoid construction or confound study results. 2. Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction precluding tolerance of study procedures or potentially compromising organoid viability. 3. Prior immunotherapy, targeted therapy, or chemotherapy within 3 months, potentially altering tumor cell biological properties. 4. Psychiatric illness or cognitive impairment preventing study compliance. 5. Pregnancy or lactation due to potential fetal or infant risk. 6.
