Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Conform to the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia in the International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, 10th (ICD-10); 2.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score was greater than 5 points before treatment; 3. No concurrent mental disorders such as depression and anxiety, nor neurological diseases such as stroke, dementia, Parkinson's disease, and chronic pain; 4.Age.18 to 65 years old, gender not limited. 5.Primary school education or above; 6.Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Physical illness, organic brain disease and history of substance abuse; 2.Individuals with a history of epileptic seizures; 3.People with metal objects such as pacemakers, stents, and inner ear hearing AIDS in their bodies; 4.Combined with other mental disorders; 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Check for those who are uncooperative or unable to complete the experiment.
