Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Females aged >=18 years with primary infertility; 2.Able to read and write Chinese, without hearing impairment, and capable of understanding patient information and voluntarily signing the informed consent form; 3.Without cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders, and able to understand and cooperate with the research procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of hysterosalpingography (HSG), cervical surgery, or known allergy to iodinated contrast agents; 2.Currently taking antidepressant or antianxiety medications; 3.Presence of active reproductive tract infections or severe systemic diseases; 4.Significant preoperative pain symptoms that may interfere with the evaluation of the intervention effect.
