Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.General information is complete. 2.Age >50 years old; 3.Meet the diagnostic criteria for AD dementia as established by the 2011 National Institute on Aging and the Alzheimer's Association (NIA-AA), or the diagnostic criteria for PDD as outlined in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Parkinson's Disease Dementia (Second Edition).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with major organ failure or dysfunction; 2.A history of hemorrhage or ischemic stroke(Cerebral infarction with an infarct diameter =1 cm); 3.Cognitive dysfunction caused by other reasons such as intracranial tumors, metabolic disorders, brain trauma, epilepsy, frontotemporal dementia, Lewy body dementia, etc., or combined with other neuropsychiatric system diseases; 4.Cognitive function deteriorates sharply or progresses in a stepwise manner, or cognitive dysfunction occurs after a stroke within three months. 5.Having taken drugs that affect mental activities in the three months prior to enrollment; 6.Patients with severe language, hearing or vision impairments that prevent them from cooperating.

PSQI each sleep sub-item, daytime nap habits, Epworth degree of drowsiness;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Compare the differences in cognition, anxiety, depression, gender, age, education level, years of education, history of previous diseases, and lifestyle factors such as smoking and alcohol consumption;Compare the difference in RBD incidence between the two groups.;
