Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The infant must be diagnosed with IVH within 28 days of CA. The patient's guardian must provide written consent for enrolment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of concomitant brain injuries, including central nervous system infections, periventricular leukomalacia, neonatal stroke, and other unexplained causes of premature infant encephalopathy. The discontinuation of treatment within one week following birth, attributable to social factors.
