Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Continuous recruitment of patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease who underwent coronary angiography or CTA at Qinhuangdao First Hospital and Peking University Third Hospital Qinhuangdao Hospital from July 2023 to December 2024: 1. Presence of coronary heart disease in at least one major epicardial vessel, with stenosis >=50% presenting as typical angina pectoris, confirmed by coronary angiography or CTA; 2. Age >30 years, regardless of gender; 3. Good follow-up compliance; 4. Presence of depressive symptoms with a Hamilton Depression-17 Scale score >8; 5. No recent major stressful events; 6. Ability to complete the Hamilton Anxiety Scale, Hamilton Depression Scale, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, Bipolar Spectrum Diagnostic Scale, and MINI SCID examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Suffering from severe cognitive impairment, malignant tumors, severe liver or kidney diseases.
