18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years. 2. Patients diagnosed with a vitreoretinal disease (e.g., vitreous hemorrhage, macular hole, epiretinal membrane, retinal detachment, or diabetic retinopathy) and concomitant cataract who qualified for combined phaco-vitrectomy surgery. 3. No prior ocular surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous intraocular surgery (including cataract surgery); 2. Uncontrolled glaucoma (IOP =25 mmHg on medication); 3. Pregnancy or lactation.
