18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status classification I-II; 2. Age 18 ~ 65 years old; 3. Body Weight 50 ~ 90 kg and BMI 18 ~ 30 kg/?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal coagulation function; 2. PLT < 80*10^9/L; 3. History of chronic pain; 4. Abused of opioids; 5. Intestinal obstruction; 6. History of anxiety and/or depression; 7. Cannot comunicate normally; 8. Participate in another clinical study; 9. Subjects or their family members refused.
