18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. First-time diagnosis of AKI according to the 2012 KDIGO AKI Clinical Practice Guidelines; 3. Agreement to participate in this study and provision of signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing chronic kidney disease; 2. Severe dysfunction of vital organs (e.g., malignancy) with a life expectancy of less than 6 months; 3. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 4. Individuals with psychiatric disorders, intellectual impairments, or other conditions rendering them unable to cooperate; 5. Incomplete data or unwillingness to participate in the study.
