Low-inflation-rate Group:Establish pneumoperitoneum at a rate of 1 L/min during laparoscopic surgery
Normal-inflation-rate Group :Establish pneumoperitoneum at a rate of 5 L/min during laparoscopic surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification ?–?, aged between 18 and 45 years, scheduled to undergo conventional gynecological surgery (including hysterectomy, oophorectomy, ectopic pregnancy surgery, etc.) under general anesthesia. All patients signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI > 30 kg/m^2;History of gynecological malignant tumors;Coagulation disorders;Complicated with severe cardiovascular diseases
