Group A:During the osteotomy steps, the patients mean arterial pressure (MAP) was reduced by 10%-20%.
Group B:During the osteotomy steps, the patients mean arterial pressure (MAP) was reduced by 20%-30%.

16 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA grade I-II; (2) Age 16-45 years old; (3) Basal blood pressure <=130/80 mmHg; (4) The blood pressure of hypertensive patients could be controlled below 130/80 MMHG by oral antihypertensive drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Basal hemoglobin (Hb) <100 g/L; (2) Coagulation dysfunction and taking anticoagulant drugs; (3) History of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (4) History of refractory hypertension with two or more antihypertensive drugs; (5) History of arrhythmia; (6) Abnormal Q wave or ST-T changes in electrocardiogram before operation.
