Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old 2. Best distant corrected visual acuity of either eye without cycloplegic refraction >= 0.8 (decimal notation) 3. Equivalent spherical diopter of either eye after non-cycloplegic examination is within -0.50DS to -9.00DS 4. Astigmatic diopter of either eye after non-cycloplegic examination is <= 1.00DC

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to compound tropicamide eye drops. 2.History of ocular diseases (including amblyopia and clinically significant strabismus). 3.History of ocular surgery;
