Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Before the study, subjects must sign an informed consent form and have a full understanding of the study content, procedures, and potential adverse reactions; 2.Aged 40 years or older (inclusive), regardless of gender; 3.Preoperative imaging examinations such as lower extremity CTA or vascular ultrasound confirmed that the subjects meet the diagnostic criteria for lower extremity ASO, with a Rutherford classification of Grade 4-6, and are diagnosed as having critical limb ischemia (CLI).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Associated with malignant tumors, severe cardiac, hepatic, and renal insufficiency, coagulation dysfunction, and other comorbidities. 2.Associated with mental disorders; 3.Has a history of lower extremity arterial surgery.
