Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient received general anesthesia and was classified as ASA grade I to III. 2.Age >=18 years old; 3. Hepatobiliary surgery, general surgery, organ transplantation surgery, coronary artery bypass surgery and debridement surgery for patients with extensive burns that take no less than 4 hours and no more than 8 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative body temperature > 38? or 28kg/m ² or < 16kg/m ²; 4. Pregnant patients; Those with mental disorders who are unable to cooperate with surgery; Those with active infections, neuropathy, thyroid diseases, and peripheral vascular diseases; 5.Those who need controlled cooling during surgery.
