Intrathecal morphine induced-pruritus

Interventions

Morphine group:Intrathecal injection of 10mg of bupivacaine and 100 µ g of morphine, and intravenous injection of the same volume of normal saline after the fetus is delivered
Esketamine group:Intrathecal injection of 10mg of bupivacaine and 100 µ g of morphine, and intravenous injection of 0.25mg/kg of esketamine after fetal delivery
Control group:Intrathecal injection of 10mg of bupivacaine,and intravenous injection of the same volume of normal saline after the fetus is delivered

18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA classification I-II 2. Age: 18 to 35 3. Body mass index =37 weeks 5. Singleton cephalic primiparas 6. There are no contraindications for intraspinal anesthesia 7. No pregnancy-related diseases such as gestational hypertension or gestational diabetes that requires drug treatment 8. No infectious diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications for intraspinal anesthesia (such as abnormal coagulation function and infection at the puncture site) 2. Those with difficulties in operation implementation (such as scoliosis, ankylosing spondylitis) 3. Those who are allergic to the drug under study or other drugs used in this research 4. Those with a history of drug abuse 5. Those with severe heart, lung, liver or kidney dysfunction 6. Those with a history of other skin diseases
