Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Registered nurse, currently employed and engaged in nursing work for more than 1 year. 2.Informed consent and willing to participate in this survey research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unregistered nurse. 2.During the investigation period, nurses who were not on duty, including those on vacation, studying, and traveling for various reasons. 3.Non nursing staff of hospital (such as continuing education nurses, training nurses, etc.).
