Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 80 years old; 2.This is the first elective median sternotomy non-stopping coronary artery bypass surgery; 3.Signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The skin of the auricular points is damaged or inflamed, or there are ear-related diseases (such as perforated eardrum, etc.); 2. History of neurological and mental disorders, or previous neurological and mental disorders; 3. Visual and hearing impairments and difficulty in communication; 4. History of drug and alcohol abuse and allergy to local anesthetic drugs; 5. Has participated in other interventional studies.
