Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2.?? Fulfill the 2010 American College of Rheumatology (ACR)/European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) classification criteria for rheumatoid arthritis; 3. Possess a certain degree of communication ability, and provide informed consent voluntarily to participate in this study.?? 4. Able to walk independently or with the aid of assistive devices.??

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with language, visual, hearing, or cognitive impairments, consciousness disorders, mental abnormalities, or other conditions preventing cooperation with the questionnaire survey; 2. Patients complicated with other immune system diseases or severe organ diseases (e.g., heart, brain, liver, or kidney); 3. Patients complicated with other diseases severely affecting mobility (e.g., Parkinson's syndrome, severe sequelae of stroke); 4. Critically ill patients who are bedridden.
