Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College basketball player, with a sports level of Grade 2 or above, trains in their specialty at least three times a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with a history of lower limb surgery or fracture; those who had sustained any acute lower limb injury within the past three months that resulted in pain, swelling, or limited range of motion; those with vestibular, visual, or neurological disorders that could affect balance or proprioception; those who were currently undergoing any form of physiotherapy or rehabilitation for ankle injuries; and those who were unable to complete the training intervention or testing procedures due to personal reasons or other health conditions.
