Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The histopathological diagnosis was gastric cancer; 2. Scheduled for elective radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer; 3. Age >= 18 years; 4. Mentally and cognitively normal, capable of daily verbal communication; 5. Normal walking ability before the operation; 6. Informed consent, voluntarily participating in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from serious diseases or having mobility impairments or having complications that affect movement (such as cerebrovascular accidents or femoral hip fractures); 2. Severe cardiovascular diseases or a history of surgery; 3. Having other tumors or combined organ removal accompanied by other serious physical conditions; 4. Unable to accurately express dizziness, lightheadedness or double vision; 5. Transferred to the intensive care unit (ICU) after surgery; 6. Complications during or after the surgery or changes in the condition make early ambulation inappropriate.
