Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for lower extremity surgery under intraspinal anesthesia; Gender is not limited. Bmi: 18.5-31.0 kg/m^2; ASA Grade I - III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate in completing the min-mental state examination (MMSE) or having a score lower than the minimum score for the corresponding educational level (illiterate, <=17 points; 2. Primary school, = 20 points; Middle school, <=22 points; University, <=23 points; 3. There were central nervous system diseases (including dementia, Parkinson's disease and severe cerebrovascular diseases with sequelae) before the operation; 4. Previous use of anti-anxiety drugs or antidepressants; 5. A history of drug or alcohol dependence, severe visual or hearing impairment; 6. There is insufficiency of lung, liver or kidney functions; 7. There are contraindications for lumbar numbness (such as taking anticoagulant drugs or having coagulation disorders, spinal cord diseases, or refusing lumbar numbness, etc.).
