Conditions

Vascular Aging

Interventions

Intervention Group:The dietary window for the intervention group is from 8:00 to 16:00. During the fasting period, water, tea, and sugar-free beverages are allowed.
Control Group:The control group maintains its original dietary habits, with no eating window set.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 45-75 years old; 2. Be a permanent resident household registration within the survey site; 3. Patients diagnosed with vascular aging: The pulse wave velocity (baPWV) exceeds the normal reference value (1400cm/s) and is evaluated as having arteriosclerosis; 4. Own a smart phone and be able to communicate normally; 5. Be able to understand and cooperate with the requirements of the trial, voluntarily sign the informed consent form, complete dietary intervention, examination and follow-up in accordance with the trial protocol, and actively cooperate with the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term use of drugs that affect sleep and circadian rhythms and inability to stop taking them; 2. Major cardiovascular events have occurred in the past, including myocardial infarction, heart failure, coronary heart disease, large artery hemangioma, stroke, arterial revascularization or hospitalization due to angina pectoris, etc. 3. Moderate to severe abnormalities in liver and kidney functions; 4. Patients with hematological diseases or malignant tumors; 5. Unable to cooperate with treatment and follow-up; 6. Currently participating in other clinical trials; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. At the time of enrollment, the low-density lipoprotein in the blood lipid test was higher than the normal range. 9. There are digestive system diseases such as gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers, intestinal obstruction, etc., and they cannot tolerate time-restricted diets.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in ankle-brachial pulse wave velocity (baPWV);Biomarkers of Vascular Aging;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Vascular degenerative disease;The changes in CGM indicators;Adverse Reactions and Adverse Events;cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;The changes in physiological and biochemical indicators;Framingham Vascular Age Score;Changes in patients' lifestyle, including dietary structure (daily intake of vegetables and fruits, frequency of high-fat and high-sugar food consumption), physical activity (weekly duration of moderate-intensity exercise), smoking and alcohol consumption (number of cigarettes smoked per week, frequency of alcohol drinking per week), and sleep quality (daily sleep duration, incidence of sleep disorders).;Changes in gut microbiota and metabolomics;The changes in anthropometric indicators;
