Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Video assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy was selected; 2. ASA class I-III; 3. BMI 18~30kg/m^2; 4. The age ranged from 18 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate with communication and operation; 2. History of local anesthetic allergy; 3. Abnormal platelet and / or coagulation function; 4. Severe heart, lung, brain, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. The skin at the puncture point is infected and broken; 6. Chronic opioid addiction or use of other analgesic drugs for more than 3 months.
