Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2.The estimated length of stay in the ICU exceeds 48 hours; 3.Patients diagnosed with stroke; 4.MDRO infection occurred after admission; 5.Enteral nutrition was initiated after admission; 6.There are complete records of microbiological testing and antibiotic use;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.MDRO infection was already present at admission; 2.Terminal stage of underlying diseases; 3.Primary intestinal diseases or abdominal surgeries seriously affect gastrointestinal function; 4.The data is incomplete;
