Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 60 years old; 2. Respiratory tract specimens were collected within 24 hours of hospitalization and the result of influenza A virus nucleic acid test was positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 60 years; 2. Influenza virus nucleic acid testing not performed within 24 hours of hospital admission; 3. Elderly patients with co-infection of other respiratory viruses, such as influenza B virus, respiratory syncytial virus, or SARS-CoV-2; 4. Patients with missing medical records, including those without blood test records within 24 hours of hospitalization or incomplete daily medical documentation.
