18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old 2. Newly diagnosed as urothelial carcinoma, based on tissue samples or cytology, with no evidence of neuroendocrine differentiation or small cell carcinoma components 3. During diagnosis, imaging (CT, MRI, or bone scan) confirms no distant metastases, including negative bone scan and no soft tissue metastases on CT/MRI (excluding pelvic lymph node metastasis) 4. Have undergone radical surgical treatment (can receive both adjuvant therapy and neoadjuvant therapy).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to undergo radical surgical treatment 2. Exclude pathological types such as bladder squamous cell carcinoma, small cell carcinoma, and mesenchymal tumors
